1. Services Provided

CertiTranslate, LLC offers professional translation services, including NAATI-certified translations, for personal, legal, academic, and business documents. Our services are intended for lawful use only.


2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian
  • Provide accurate and complete information for your translation request
  • Have the legal right to submit and authorize us to process your documents

3. Ordering and Payment

a. Quotes and Orders

  • Quotes provided are based on the content and requirements of your documents.
  • Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

b. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made in full before work commences unless a separate agreement is in place.

c. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds are available only if work has not yet started.
  • Once translation work has begun, payments are non-refundable.

5. Accuracy and Limitations

a. Accuracy of Translations

  • Our translators follow professional standards and NAATI certification requirements.
  • While we take every effort to ensure accuracy, we are not liable for errors or consequences arising from misinterpretation if information provided by you is inaccurate, incomplete, or unclear.

b. Certification

  • For certified translations, we provide translations with the NAATI stamp and translator certification where applicable.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All documents provided for translation are handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


7. Intellectual Property
  • You retain ownership of your original documents.
  • The translated materials remain your property once payment is made in full.
  • CertiTranslate, LLC retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifiable content internally for quality assurance or training purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Submitting fraudulent, illegal, or offensive materials
  • Violating any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringing on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertiTranslate, LLC is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Delays due to events beyond our control, including technical failures, internet outages, or natural disasters
  • Any third-party use of your translated documents after delivery

Our total liability, in any case, will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service.


10. Revisions and Complaints
  • Requests for minor revisions must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the completed translation.
  • Additional fees may apply for revisions that require substantial changes or are based on new information provided after the original translation.

11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Fail to make required payments

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country from where the order was placed. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.


13. Changes to These Terms
