Inability to Deliver Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If we are unable to complete your translation request due to unforeseen circumstances or internal errors, we will issue a <strong>full refund<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>c. Service Errors<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If an error occurs on our part (such as incorrect language selection or missing certification), we will either:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Correct the translation at no additional cost, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Issue a <strong>partial or full refund<\/strong> depending on the situation.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>2. Non-Refundable Situations<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds <strong>will not be issued<\/strong> in the following situations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once translation work has <strong>begun<\/strong>, unless otherwise agreed upon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the translated document has already been delivered and meets the agreed-upon specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If errors or delays are due to incorrect, incomplete, or unclear information provided by the client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For dissatisfaction based on preferences or expectations <strong>not clearly communicated<\/strong> prior to the start of the project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For urgent or express translations once the order has been accepted and work initiated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For certain languages such as Hebrew, Latin, Marathi, and others, there are only a limited number of translators available through NAATI. Because of this, urgent deliveries cannot always be guaranteed. If you place an urgent order, we will prioritise your translation and have it completed as soon as a translator becomes available. However, in these circumstances we are unable to offer a refund.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>3. Revision Requests<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are not satisfied with the completed translation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You may request <strong>minor revisions<\/strong> within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of delivery at no additional charge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Substantial changes or updates due to new information provided after translation completion may incur additional fees.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>4.
